How is your online design tool better than others?
Our proprietary 3D design tool is unlike anything you’ve seen before! It lets you add multiple products and accessories to your project and design them all together in a real-time 3D space with ease.
Do I receive a design proof before production?
Yes. After your order is placed, we send a final design proof for approval. Production begins only after you approve the design.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on your shipping location and the production turnaround you select when placing your order, it will take between 5 to 15 business days to receive your order. If you have a tight deadline, please choose Rush Turnaround when configuring your project, and contact customer service to explore express shipping upgrades after placing your order.
Do you ship to countries other than the United States?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. Please stay tuned for our international expansions over the coming months.
Does adding logos, names, and numbers cost extra?
No. You can add multiple logos, player names, and numbers at no additional cost. Our pricing is transparent—no hidden fees.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
You can make changes up until you approve your final design proof. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible to ensure fast delivery.
