Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a production or printing defect resulted by our error. If you receive an item with a production or printing flaw, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report the issue and initiate the return or replacement process.
To qualify for a return due to a production defect, the following conditions must be met:

Evidence: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the production defect to facilitate the return or replacement process. This may include images of damaged or misprinted areas.

Approval: Once we have received and reviewed your report, we will determine whether the issue qualifies as a production defect. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Return Process: If your return is approved, we will arrange for the return shipping of the defective item at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement product, depending on your preference and nature of the issue.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons other than production defects. We encourage customers to review their design proofs carefully before finalizing their orders to avoid any issues.
